InvoiceFree.info provides an online invoice generation tool. The free plan includes 5 invoices per month. The Pro plan ($4.99/month) provides unlimited invoices and premium features.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be 13 years or older to use this service
• One account per person — multiple accounts are not permitted

4. Free Plan Limitations

Free plan users are limited to 5 invoices per calendar month. Attempts to circumvent this limit through multiple accounts or other means will result in account termination.

5. Pro Subscription

• Pro plan is billed monthly or annually
• 7-day free trial for new Pro subscribers (no card required)
• Cancel anytime — access continues until end of billing period
• Refund available within 7 days of first charge, no questions asked
• Payments processed securely by Stripe

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal activities or fraudulent invoicing
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our software
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Abuse the service in ways that degrade performance for others

7. Intellectual Property

InvoiceFree.info and its content are owned by us. Invoice content you create belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to store and display your invoice data to provide the service.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Free plan data is stored locally in your browser. We are not responsible for data loss due to browser clearing or device changes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that invoices generated are legally compliant in your jurisdiction. Consult a professional for legal and tax advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

InvoiceFree.info shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
